Discharge      

•  Patients are given discharge instructions, their prescriptions, and follow-up appointment date by the attending physician.
The bill is payable at the cashier's office, 3rd floor.

•  Patients are given copies their test results upon request.

•  Medical file and X-rays are the property of the hospital (Private patients can get their imaging films)

•  Your attending physician can provide you with medical reports as well as any other information needed upon request.  

Your discharge:

Patients who wish to be discharged against the advice of their physician must sign a release form that relieves the hospital of all responsibility in the event of complications.
