General Information      

For safety reasons it is prohibited to bring candles, and other flammable materials to the hospital. The use of electrical devices without authorization is also prohibited.

Smoking is prohibited through out the hospital.

•  For their safety, children are not allowed in the hospital

•  Patients are advised not to bring food and beverages with them.

•  Visits are allowed only during visiting hours;

Patient Rights

Ain Wazein Hospital provides social & medical care to every patient regardless of religion or race.

Patients are entitled to:

Patients have a legal right to one copy of their medical records.

Patients are entitled to refuse treatment and may leave the hospital if they wish upon signing a release form.

Inquiries during the stay however, are to be raised to the General Administration for action.

Patients have the right to sue the hospital for malpractice.

Patients ,their families , as well as visitors have to abide by the following regulations:

* Respect the rights of other patients.

*Respect other patients' dignity.

*Respect the Medical, Nursing & Administrative Team, and follow their instructions, and respect the regulations made by the Hospital.

*Preserve Cleanliness.

*Visiting hours are determined by the Hospital.

*Children under (12-15) are prohibited from visiting patients

During your stay at the hospital, a multi-disciplinary team will look after your health and safety. This team works hard to improve the quality of your stay.

The rooms:

hospital rooms contain either one, two or three beds.

Meals:

Meal schedule

•  Breakfast is served from 7H: 30 to 8H: 30

•  Lunch is served from 12H: 30 to 13H: 30

•  Dinner is served from 17H: 30 to 18H: 30.

•  Menus are supervised by qualified dieticians and are tailored to patient needs.

The visits:

Physicians make their rounds at the following times:

•  Morning from 8H:30 to 10H:30,

•  Afternoon from 15H:00 to 16H:00

•  Evening from 20H:00 to 22H:00.

Visiting hours are:

•  9H:00 to 13H:00

•  15H:00 to 19H:00.

Permissions is sometimes given for a relative to stay overnight except in intensive care. Trundle beds can be rented from the admissions office, linen is only provided for 1 st class patients .

Telephones:

All rooms are equipped with telephones. Press "0" (the zero) and request the required number from the operator. However, all telephone calls will be charged to your room.
Taxiphones are at your disposal at the level of the every service lobby and at the main entrance hall of the hospital.
In certain cases and for security reasons mobile telephones are not authorized

The Television:

You can rent a television from the admission office. Payment can be made on a daily basis. We remind you that you are not authorized to bring your personal television set.
