يعمل المستشفى على تنظيم وتحسين سير العمل في دائرة الطوارىء. وقد وُضعت خطة عملشملت القطاعين الطبي والتمريضي على حدً سواء بالتنسيق مع دائرة طب الطوارىء في الجامعة الأميركية.

طلاع على آخر المستجدات الطبية، وبهدف التطوير والتدريب، تشارك المستشفى ممثلة بالطاقم الطبي في عدة مؤتمرات طبية داخل وخارج المستشفى وقد نظمت دائرة الطوارئ في مستشفى عين وزين بالتعاون مع دائرة الطوارىء في الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت المؤتمر الطبي السنوي الثالث The Third Annual Ain Wazein Summer Emergency Medicine Seminar بتنسيق بين أطباء المستشفى وأطباء من الجامعة الأميركية ، وجامعةTemple philadelphia نظم المؤتمر المدير العام د. زهير العماد، المدير الطبي د.فريد كرباج ، رئيس دائرة الطوارىء في الجامعة الأميركية د.أمين قزّي. وتحدث في المؤتمر الدكتور "Joe Lex" من دائرة الطوارىء في وجامعة Temple :philadelphia وتناو ل المؤتمر مواضيع طبية متنوعة .

Ain Wazein Hospital admits patients on a 24-hour basis.

• The main admission office is located in the main entrance of the hospital, and is open 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Emergency Department is located after the main gate to the left hand side.

Required Documents/admission:

• Personal ID card

• Admission slip filled by the attending physician

• Authorization form guarantor, if you are not a private patient

• Card from guarantor (if applicable) - Guarantors List

• Down Payment needed (as per the specific case and/or guarantor).

N.B. The down payment will be deducted from your overall bill , and will be refunded automatically upon discharge.

In cases of emergency:
Patients are seen immediately by the emergency team, regardless of the guarantor.

Discharge

• Patients are given discharge instructions, their prescriptions, and follow-up appointment date by the attending physician. The bill is payable at the cashier's office, 3rd floor.

• Patients are given copies for their test results upon request and once only.

• Medical file and X-rays are the property of the hospital (Private patients can get their imaging films)

• Your attending physician can provide you with medical reports as well as any other information needed upon request.

Your discharge:

Patients who wish to be discharged against the advice of their physician must sign a release form that relieves the hospital of all responsibility in the event of complications.
